Each player will be evaluated and trained by me personally. Each player will get a customized training plan that will specifically target their individual needs.

Training will take place Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 4pm.
75 minute session with 15 minute bonus warm up.

Group Training
Missed classes are not forfeited and may be made up within one month of scheduled training.
