  • How long are the training sessions?
    Each session is 75 min with a 15 minute warm up, so 90 minutes total.
  • What positions do you train?
    While we work primarily with defensive Linemen, the reactive drills and hand combative techniques taught during the sessions can improve skills in multiple positions. For example, offensive linemen and linebackers looking to work on hand speed/strength and agility would benefit.
  • What are the age requirements?
    12 and up!
